Status: On-Site

Construction Period: 12 Months

Construction has begun on these highly anticipated Residential Apartments within London’s thriving City Center. The scheme will introduce four storeys of brand new contemporary apartments and will bring a new aesthetic to the Whitechapel area.

     

 

 

Shannon Centre, Cameron Road, Seven Kings Ilford

Status: On-Site

Contract Value: £5.0M

Construction Period: 18 Months

The demolition of the existing building and the construction of the Shannon Centre in Ilford will bring 32 high quality 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with two commercial units and two large communal roof terraces.

          

          

 

Trinity Close, Leytonstone

Contract Value: £4.0M

Construction Period: 15 Months

After the demolition of the existing building, the construction will bring 37 brand new contemporary apartments to Leytonstone, and will provide high quality living spaces close to the area’s train station and the town center.

Status: Planning Approved

Contract Value: £2.5M

Construction Period: 15 Months

After a long application process, our Withington Road scheme has finally been approved by Planners. The 30 apartment renovation scheme will go into construction soon.

          

 

Tidey Street, London

Status: Planning Approved

Contract Value: £1.5M

Construction Period: 12 Months

The extension and renovation of the Queen Mary Day Nursery has been fully approved for Planning and will start construction in February/March 2018

PLANNING SUBMISSIONS

 

Greenfield Road, Whitechapel, London

After two pre-application processes over 2016-2017, 1618 Architects is proud to have submitted the Large Scale Residential Greenfield Rd. scheme for Full Planning.

          

 

Ebrahim College, Greenfield Road, Whitechapel

Neighbouring the Large Scale Greenfield Road scheme, Ebrahim College will be completely demolished and replaced with a state of the art education facility to provide a contemporary environment for learning in order to replace the current run down building. This neighboring scheme has been submitted for Full Planning.

     

 

Renaissance Works, Huddersfield

This ambitious renovation project will transform the current derelict Co-Operative building into brand new student accommodation. It will hold a mixture of studio apartments and communal flats and can house 134 students. This scheme has been submitted for Planning Approval.

The scheme has even found local news coverage from The Examiner, who find the scheme ‘stunning’ and are excited about the future of the site.

     

 

 

Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters Road, London

This ambitious scheme will completely replace the existing on site building to provide state of the art Mosque facilities as well as commercial areas, shops and apartments. This scheme is almost fully realised and will soon be submitted for Planning Approval.

 

7 Weygates, Hale Barns

This scheme for the contemporary renovation of 7 Weygates will provide a stunning facade and expansion to the existing build has been submitted for Planning Approval. It will provide a spacious kitchen/dining area and five bedrooms.
