Regenerating Taff Vale Pontypridd

The £38 million Llys Cadwyn redevelopment transformed a prominent town centre site into a vibrant civic and commercial destination, reinforcing Pontypridd’s role as a key regional hub. Acting as both Architect and Lead Consultant throughout all RIBA Stages, the project delivered two contemporary office buildings alongside a landmark gateway building accommodating a state-of-the-art library, council customer contact centre, café, community facilities, and leisure and fitness centre. Complemented by a high-quality riverside promenade and public realm enhancements, the development provides 14,693 m² of Grade A office accommodation for more than 1,000 employees, stimulating investment, supporting local businesses, and delivering lasting social and economic benefits while creating a welcoming, sustainable environment for the wider community.
