Phase two of Amir Khan’s project, to regenerate part of Bolton have been submitted to the Bolton Council’s planning department. 1618 Architects, working with Amir Khan, have proposed a scheme which will bring new life to the area. The proposal brings 18 homes, 20 one- and two-bed apartments, and five commercial units varying in size between 2,500 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft.

The Enterprise Centre located in Bolton, Greater Manchester, is spearheaded by the British boxer and philanthropist, Amir Khan. Once completed, the modern venue will be used for business and social events.

The Enterprise Centre forms part of Phase One, with Phase Two to follow. Phase Two will consist of housing (private dwellings plus apartments) and commercial development.
